Privacy Policy
Effective date of this version: 20 October 2026.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains which information Flying car AI handles when you use the flying car photo-to-video makers at roadsterflyingcar.video (the "Service"), and how we use, share, store and protect it.
2. Information We Collect and Process
Which records exist for you comes down to the features you actually use; they generally fit the groups listed here:
- Account information: your name, email address, sign-in identifiers, profile fields, settings and session details.
- Generation information: the photos you upload as references (depending on the maker or scene, a photo of your car, a portrait of you, both, or the portraits of two adults), the maker, scene, engine and options you choose, the clips that are returned, the status of each job, your creation history and the times attached to all of these.
- Payment and subscription information: the plan or credit pack you bought, your credit balance, order references, whether each payment went through, the billing email, invoice details, renewal status and a limited amount of payment metadata. Full card numbers stay with the payment processor; our servers never receive them.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages and features you use, request times, error reports, performance figures and signals that help us detect abuse.
- Communications: what you write to support, content reports, privacy requests, feedback and any replies that follow.
- Cookies and similar technologies: data that keeps you logged in, secures your session, remembers language or display choices, measures usage and keeps the core product working.
3. How We Use Information
This information serves the following purposes:
- Operate the flying car makers, your account, your creation history, subscriptions and credits
- Verify who you are when you sign in, keep your session active and help you back into a locked account
- Pass your uploaded photos and the instructions of the maker or scene you chose to the models that render it, and return the finished clip to you
- Process checkouts, add or deduct credits, send invoices and handle cancellations or refunds
- Catch banned material, fraud, misuse and security incidents early
- Investigate failed renders, monitor page speed, learn which engines people prefer and improve the Service
- Handle the support, content, legal and privacy requests you send us
- Comply with the law and uphold our Terms of Service
Depending on where you live, we rely on different legal grounds: the contract between us, our legitimate interest in running the Service securely, legal duties we must fulfil, and your consent wherever the law requires it.
4. Photos and the Clips You Generate
To create your clip, we process the uploaded photos, your settings and the output with the models behind the maker you picked. For that purpose, this information may be passed to third-party AI model, hosting, storage and safety providers. At present your photos can reach these models, all through the API provider Kie:
- ByteDance Seedance video models (listed in the makers as Seedance 2.0 Mini and Seedance 2.5) turn your photos into every clip.
- OpenAI GPT Image 2 prepares the opening frames for Make My Car Fly from your two photos before the video is rendered.
- A Google Gemini model looks at the Roadster Ramp photo once, when you start the render, to check what it shows.
The Service offers neither text-to-video nor standalone image generation. This list will be revised whenever a model is added or swapped out.
A photo showing someone's face serves only as the visual reference for the render you ask for. We do not create facial-recognition templates from it, and we do not use it to identify anyone. Please upload only pictures of yourself or of adults who have agreed to appear in a clip, and never upload confidential material or personal data you have no right to share. The Plane window surprise scene takes portraits of two different adults: before you add the second person's photo, get their permission to use it and to share the clip that comes out. We handle that portrait exactly like your own, and that person can write to support@roadsterflyingcar.video to use their privacy rights. Automated safety systems may scan uploads and outputs to catch prohibited content and abuse.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Strictly necessary cookies, or similar storage, keep you logged in, protect your account and run the essential features. We may also use preference and analytics tools that remember your settings, count how features are used, diagnose slow pages and help us improve the Service.
Your browser settings let you manage most cookies. Blocking the essential ones will usually sign you out and stop the makers from working. Where non-essential analytics need your consent by law, we ask for it before turning those tools on.
6. How We Share Information
Selling personal information is something we never do. Each party below receives only the data its role requires:
- AI and content-safety providers that process uploaded photos and outputs for your chosen model or for safety checks
- Cloud hosting and storage providers that run the Service and keep uploaded and generated media
- Payment providers that handle purchases, subscriptions, refunds, fraud screening and tax or billing obligations, which may include Waffo Pancake or another provider shown at checkout
- Sign-in, email, analytics, monitoring and support providers that help us run and protect the Service
- Authorities or other parties when the law or a legal process demands it, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect users, rights, safety or the integrity of the Service
- A successor organization if the Service becomes part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or asset sale, subject to suitable safeguards
Our contracts restrict each provider to the specific job it performs for us and require it to protect the data and keep it private.
7. Data Retention
We hold on to information no longer than is reasonably necessary to run the Service, preserve your history, keep things secure, handle disputes, enforce our agreements and comply with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.
- Account and generation data may remain while your account is open or while history features stay on.
- The photos you uploaded and the clips made from them may remain in your history or in the storage required to deliver the Service.
- Billing and transaction records may be held for as long as tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention and dispute laws require.
- Security logs and support records may be held for a reasonable period based on operational and legal needs.
When a deletion or account-closure request has been verified, we erase or de-identify the eligible personal data within 30 calendar days. Encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 more days before the backup rotation overwrites them. A limited set of records may be kept longer where we need them for legal compliance, fraud prevention, chargebacks, dispute resolution or the defence of legal rights.
8. Your Privacy Rights
The privacy laws where you live may grant you some or all of these rights:
- To learn which kinds of personal data we collect, how we use them and who receives them
- To see your personal data or get a copy of it
- To have wrong or incomplete account details fixed
- To ask for deletion of eligible personal data and closure of your account
- To restrict or object to certain processing
- To receive certain data in a portable, machine-readable format
- To withdraw consent where we depend on it
- To opt out of promotional email while still receiving receipts and security notices
- To complain to the data-protection authority where you live
How to exercise your rights
Email support@roadsterflyingcar.video from the address linked to your account, with Privacy Request or Account Deletion Request as the subject. Tell us which of these you need (access, correction, export, restriction, objection, account closure or deletion) and which account or data it concerns.
To avoid revealing or erasing data for the wrong person, we may ask for reasonable details to confirm your identity. Eligible requests are confirmed and carried out no later than 30 calendar days after they reach us. If the law allows extra time for a complex request, we will tell you why and give you a new completion date. You can change your name and several other profile fields yourself in Settings.
Even after an account is closed, we retain payment, security, fraud and dispute records where the law obliges us to, or where we genuinely need them to protect the Service and the people using it.
9. International Data Transfers
The Service and its providers may handle information outside the country you live in. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses, recognised adequacy mechanisms and access controls.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, among them encrypted connections, access controls, protection of credentials, logging and, where suitable, content-safety and anti-abuse checks. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
If a personal-data incident occurs that must be reported by law, affected users and the relevant authorities will hear from us within the time the law sets.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly gather their personal information. Any higher minimum age set by the laws that apply to you must also be met. Photos of minors may not be uploaded for use in a clip. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us so we can check and delete eligible data.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to or work with third-party services, such as the social apps where you share your flying car clips. Those services follow their own privacy policies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to data they gather on their own.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy when the Service, our providers or the law move on. We will publish the new version on this page with an updated date at the top and, where the law requires it, give further notice of significant changes.
14. Contact Information
Questions about privacy, and requests to see, fix, export, object to or erase your data, can be sent to:
- Email: support@roadsterflyingcar.video
