Refund Policy

Which Flying car AI purchases can be refunded, what a request needs, how long the money takes to arrive, what is excluded and where to ask about billing.

A Flying car AI plan or credit pack should be worth what you paid for it. When a purchase turns out not to match what you expected, this page sets out the cases in which we send the money back.

Refund Eligibility

We return the money for an order when it meets both conditions below:

  • Your request reaches us no later than 7 days after you bought the credit pack, or after your first subscription payment.
  • The account has not put its paid features to any meaningful use.

For one-time credit packs this means: if you bought the pack no more than 7 days ago and have not spent any of its credits, we refund it in full. Credits that came back to you after a failed render count as unspent.

How to Request a Refund

Write to support@roadsterflyingcar.video and give us:

  • The address you use to sign in
  • The receipt or order number, where you have one
  • Optionally, a line about why you want the refund

Processing Time

Once approved, the refund goes to the same payment method you paid with. It usually takes your bank or card issuer 5-10 business days to show it on your statement.

Non-Refundable Cases

Generally, no refund is given for:

  • Accounts that have already relied heavily on the paid service, for example by spending much of their credit balance or rendering many flying car clips
  • Subscription renewal charges when the request comes in after the 7-day window
  • One-time credit packs once 7 days have passed since you bought them or once you have spent some of their credits, except where the law says a refund is due
  • Accounts we find breaking the Terms of Service or misusing refunds

Subscription Cancellation

A subscription can be cancelled at any moment so that it does not renew. Cancelling stops the next charges, but it does not on its own pay back a charge that has already gone through.

Chargebacks

Before you dispute a charge with your bank, please contact support first so we have a chance to sort it out with you. While an open chargeback is being reviewed, access to the account may be restricted.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not reduce any consumer right that the law grants you and that cannot be signed away.
