Terms of Service

What you agree to when using Flying car AI: account duties, consent for photos, generated flying car clips, banned uses, credits and plans, refunds, privacy and liability limits.
Oct 20, 2026

These terms apply from 20 October 2026 and were last revised on 20 October 2026.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Flying car AI. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the flying car photo-to-video makers at roadsterflyingcar.video (the "Service"). Using the Service counts as accepting these Terms, so please do not use it if you disagree with them.

2. Service Description

For now, Flying car AI provides three photo-to-video makers, each built around a fixed shot list, and every clip comes out as a vertical (9:16) MP4 with sound:

  • Roadster Ramp: you upload one photo of a vehicle (or of another object), and the Service renders a 12-second clip in which it hits a ramp, flips and lands.
  • Make My Car Fly: you upload two photos, a portrait of yourself and a photo of your car, and the Service renders a 10-second clip in which you walk to the car, get in and the car lifts off.
  • Flying car scenes: eight ready scenes, such as flying over a traffic jam, a police stop take-off or a plane window surprise. Each scene asks for one or two photos: a photo of your car, a portrait of yourself, one of each, or, for the plane window surprise, portraits of two different adults who have both agreed to take part. The ramp flip scene runs 12 seconds and the others 10 seconds.

The credit cost depends on the maker or scene, the engine and the resolution; it is listed on the pricing page and shown before you start a render. The Service does not currently provide text-to-video generation, a free-text prompt or standalone image generation; if we introduce new tools, these Terms will be updated before they go live. Rendering a clip requires a signed-in account and enough credits from a plan or pack.

Flying car AI is an independent fan project and an interface layer running on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc., SpaceX, Elon Musk or any of their representatives; the Tesla and Roadster names are trademarks owned by Tesla, Inc. The engines listed in the makers as Seedance 2.0 Mini and Seedance 2.5 are ByteDance Seedance video models reached through the API provider Kie, and they take the uploaded photos directly as the reference for how the people and the car look. Two makers also send your photos to another model first: for Make My Car Fly, OpenAI's GPT Image 2 prepares the opening frames, and for Roadster Ramp, a Google Gemini model checks the photo. Our Privacy Policy lists every model that sees your photos. The names, availability, capabilities and suppliers of models may change, and unless we state otherwise, Flying car AI has no affiliation with or endorsement from those providers.

Generated clips may contain errors, gaps or unexpected results, and two users can receive similar-looking output. Check every clip before relying on, posting or sharing it.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must have the legal capacity to make an agreement of this kind. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you may bind it.
  • Keep the details of your account and billing correct and up to date.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.
  • Let us know straight away at support@roadsterflyingcar.video if you think someone else has got into your account.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

Whatever rights you lawfully hold in the photos you upload and the outputs you generate remain yours. It is your responsibility to ensure that your inputs, and how you use the outputs, comply with the law and do not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. Specifically, you may upload a photo of a person only if it shows you or an adult who has agreed to appear in a clip, and you must not pass off a generated clip as real footage of a Tesla vehicle, a SpaceX test, a public figure or any other real person or event. Where a platform offers an AI-generated label, please use it.

You grant Flying car AI and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process and display your inputs and outputs. We rely on it only so that the Service can render, store and show your clips, and to operate, secure, troubleshoot and support it. Granting it does not make us the owner of any lawful content you provide.

Flying car AI or its licensors own the Service, which takes in its software, interface, branding, documentation and original site content. Copying, reselling, reverse engineering, scraping or commercially exploiting the Service is not permitted unless the law allows it or we have agreed in writing.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Billing authorization: By purchasing a subscription or credits, you allow the payment provider shown at checkout to charge the price displayed, applicable taxes and any recurring fees that were disclosed to you.
  • Automatic renewal: Monthly and annual plans continue into a new period automatically unless you turn renewal off. The billing interval and price appear before you pay.
  • Cancellation: Use the subscription management portal, or the cancel option on the pricing or account pages, to cancel. Cancelling ends future renewals and usually takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Credits: How many credits a render costs depends on the maker or scene, the engine and the resolution you select, as listed on the pricing page. Credits belong to the account that bought them; credits from one-time packs do not expire, and other credits expire according to the schedule shown on the pricing page or at checkout. If a render fails, its credits are returned in full. Rendering a finished clip again is a new, paid render.
  • Payment processing: Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake or by the processor named on the checkout page. That payment provider processes full card details, and they are not kept on our servers.
  • Refunds: See our Refund Policy for who qualifies and how to ask. Mandatory consumer rights are not reduced by anything in these Terms.

If a charge looks incorrect, email support@roadsterflyingcar.video before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Everything in this section makes up our Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to each photo you upload, each clip you generate and any effort to sidestep the safeguards of the Service.

You may not upload, generate or help anyone else produce any of the following:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content: Porn, nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive clips, the offering of sexual services, or fetish material. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors and any grooming or exploitation of minors are met with zero tolerance.
  2. Violent or graphic content: Graphic injury, gore, torture, the glorification of violence, terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, or material intended to threaten or facilitate physical harm.
  3. Hateful or abusive content: Material that attacks, dehumanizes or harasses people, or encourages discrimination or violence against them, because of protected characteristics.
  4. Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes: Non-consensual intimate imagery, misleading portrayals of real people, impersonation, identity fraud, or deepfakes meant to mislead viewers about the origin or authenticity of a clip, including fake "real footage" of a flying Tesla. Using someone's photo without their consent falls under this rule.
  5. Intellectual-property or privacy violations: Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity, privacy, confidential information or other proprietary or personal rights.
  6. Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity: Material that breaks the law, enables scams or phishing, spreads malicious code, promotes regulated wrongdoing, exploits vulnerable people or is designed to deceive or cause harm.

You must also not bypass safety filters, test or disrupt the security of the platform, automate unauthorized access, scrape outputs in bulk, resell access without our consent, or use the Service in breach of applicable law or card-network rules.

7. Content Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

Uploaded photos and generated outputs pass through automated safeguards that combine keyword blocklists, automated safety classifiers and the moderation built into each model provider. Because no automated system is perfect, flagged or reported content may also be reviewed further.

To report prohibited content, a suspected impersonation, a child-safety concern or an infringement, write to support@roadsterflyingcar.video with the subject Content Report. Add the relevant URL or account details, a description of the issue and any screenshots or evidence you can provide. We aim to acknowledge receipt within three business days, and reports involving child safety or a credible risk of physical harm are handled first.

Taking into account the seriousness of the issue, earlier history and the applicable law, we may reject a request, block or remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account, preserve relevant records, or report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Accounts linked to child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats, fraud or non-consensual intimate imagery may be suspended immediately. To contest an enforcement decision, reply to the notice or contact support with the relevant background.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, kept and shared. By using the Service, you understand that uploaded photos and related request data may be sent to hosting, storage, safety and AI model providers where this is needed to run the workflow you chose.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and its models, features, credit prices, limits and availability are subject to change. We may change, pause or withdraw parts of the Service to keep it secure, reliable, compatible with providers or compliant with the law. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime or any particular result from a given photo or scene.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

As far as the law permits, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and the accuracy of AI output. Nothing produced by a model should be taken as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law permits, Flying car AI and its affiliates, service providers and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities resulting from the Service. This does not affect any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension and Termination

You are free to stop using the Service whenever you choose. Where we have reasonable grounds to think an account creates a fraud, abuse, security, legal, payment or policy risk, we may restrict, suspend or end its access. Requests to close an account or delete personal data are dealt with as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Service, our providers or the law change. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new date at the top and, where the law requires it, give further notice of material changes. If you keep using the Service once the revised Terms are in force, you are accepting them.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of the Service is established, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before you bring any formal claim, please write to us and give us the opportunity to settle the matter informally.
